I found the staff amazing! Carla, at the front desk, welcomed me immediately. She definitely. I also had an executive double room that was spotlessly clean. A giant TV and coffee machine worked very well.
The gym and pool were closed, so I could not use them. I expected to use the pool . I feel I should have been notified about these closures.

My executive king room featured lounge access. I found it very clean and well-kept. It also had fluffy towels and nice shower products. The presence of a giant TV was a plus.

The front desk staff was friendly! Carla provided a warm welcome. The team overall was amazing and addressed my needs quickly. I look forward to future interactions with such a dedicated staff.

the room i got felt pretty dated. the shower was old and the windows didn't close properly. they were really hard to use. also, the sauna didn't seem well-kept. it was disappointing considering the price.

I found the beds comfy! everything felt clean to a high standard. the location proved fantastic, with access to nearby amenities. i particularly enjoyed the lovely staff and great service. They created a cute atmosphere.
The hotel's ongoing refurbishment was noticeable. This created constant noise i found unpleasant.

the spacious room included lovely toiletries and white fluffy towels. the room was clean. i found the comfortable beds added to the restful experience, though the sink had a small crack, this did not affect my enjoyment.

The hotel provides a good gym and a swimming pool. accessing the swimming pool requires descending five flights of stairs. Then ascending again, a minor inconvenience. the sauna offered a relaxing experience after a day of exploring.

the breakfast was lovely. it had an excellent choice and i was happy. staff was friendly and very helpful. location was central, i could walk everywhere i wanted to go.
the dinner menu don't had many options at all. overall, the food wasn't great. the chicken was very poor quality, it was not the best thing i have ever eat. rooms need updating, it is really needed.

The room was quite spacious. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . The breakfast had GREAT variety and was hot.
The bus stop in front of the hotel was closed due to road work. I had to walk to the next stop. THE pool was dirty. The bathroom door did not close easily.
